FUN SPRING ART ACTIVITY FOR KIDS
This gorgeous kite art activity is great for elementary grades for a spring or summer art project. The finished project will look stunning on display in the classroom or on the bulletin board. After making black glue, kids trace the kite template of their choice with the black glue. Then, after letting the glue dry overnight, paint the kite with watercolors. The watercolors resist the black glue and you are left with a colorful kite art project.
The kite template pack includes how-to instructions along with 7 different kite templates. You'll find one blank kite for kids to create their own designs on if they want. The blank template is also great for younger children who aren't able to trace detailed lines yet.
