This cute Thing 1 and Things 2 Blow Painting Art Project is a great activity for pre-k, kindergartners, 1st graders and 2nd graders to make for Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2nd or to accompany a Dr. Seuss theme unit.
Children drop blue liquid watercolors around the face of Thing 1 or 2 and use a straw to blow the watercolors around the paper to create the crazy hair. Full instructions are included with the craft template. We've also included a variety of Thing 1 badges to use in different ways. This fun Dr. Seuss craft would be darling hung up on a bulletin board or classroom display to celebrate reading and Dr. Seuss.
